ISLAMABAD, Jan 10 (Diplomatic Star): British High Commissioner Christian Turner has met Chairman Pakistan Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan and its other senior leadership including, Vice-Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Central Senior Vice President Fawad Hussain Chaudhry and Central Secretary Information Farrukh Habib.
British High Commissioner Christian Turner specially arrived Zaman Park Lahore to meet, Chairman Pakistan and various matters came under discussion, specifically issues related to the protection of human rights were discussed in detail.
The importance of preventing the transfer of capital from developing countries to developed countries through corruption and money laundering was also discussed.
The very dangerous effects of change on the world, especially on Pakistan, were also discussed.
On this occasion, Imran Khan said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf had during its period to protect the environment through programs like Billion Tree Tsunami and Ten Billion Tree.
It is very important to prevent the illegal transfer of capital from developing countries to developed countries by taking significant measures.
According to the report of the United Nations Secretary General’s Factual Panel, 7 trillion dollars are transferred annually from developing countries to developed countries.
