ISLAMABAD, Sept 30 (Diplomatic Star): The US Ambassador Donald Bloom has said that the United States with Pakistan are playing the similar role that a friend should play in the most difficult situations.
On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the United States and Pakistan, a diplomatic reception was held at the American Embassy, in which Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, representing the government and people of Pakistan, participated as a special guest, including ministers, US ambassador Donald Bloom and a large number of citizens.

At the beginning of the ceremony, a minute’s silence was observed to express solidarity with the flood victims.
On this occasion, the American ambassador said that during the flood, the strong friendship between the United States and Pakistan is reflected by the recent assistance of more than 66 million dollars. are what a friend should pay.
Donald Bloom said that in the past seventy-five years, the United States and Pakistan have established relations based on mutual respect and common goals.
The US aid of 32 billion dollars for several decades has had a better impact on the lives of the people of Pakistan. Provides an opportunity to reorganize the partnership during both periods.
