ISLAMABAD, Sept 09 (Diplomatic Star): The US Ambassador to Pakistan Donald Bloom said that that both Pakistan and the US are long-standing friends and partners.
He expressed these view during a press briefing on the flood situation in Pakistan organized by the USAID the management in Pakistan, Ambassador Donald Bloom said that the that 75 years of US-Pakistan relations are being completed.
He said that the two countries are long-standing friends. And there are partners, many individuals and companies are collecting donations, so far the US has provided 30 million dollars in donations and aid.
Today’s flight includes $2.2 million worth of life-saving drugs, the US ambassador said.
