Allah Almighty has made human as its best creations amongst all. As Ashraf al-Makhluqat, has many responsibilities, he has to take care of his own and others’ rights and duties while living within his scope.

Because, as Human being, it demands to protect people and ofcourse Islam also gives more emphasis to human rights.

We are living here, Pakistan is an Islamic welfare state, it was achieved on the basis of national ideology. But then gradually with the passage of time this theory seemed to die out.

Now, It is the matter of fact, The Muslim became the enemy of eachother, such attitudes are loudely saying that Humanity seemed to be dying in Pakistan.

We are experiencing many evils, like immorality, dishonesty, looting, corruption. All these evils not only affected country’s all national institutions, but also playing a big role to destroy them.

It was the time, when people recalled, Pakistan’s golden time period alongwith prosperity and fame amongst other countries, now smees to be decline.

The of Strategic Human Resource Management, when it was about strengthening the system, then the example of the army came to mind that any system should be so strong and sustainable, consistent that the new employees are also forced to follow it.

If we look at the current situation in our country, the national interest is ignored and personal interest is given more importance. The rapidly changing conditions of the country have created an atmosphere of chaos.

A government comes, all the employees of its choice are appointed and when another government comes, all the former employees are dismissed and the employees of their choice are brought. Institutions do not see any stability called system.

The question is that if one institution of the country can run according to a strong system, then why not the rest, and then any employee who wants to be on a post of 20, 21 grade, as long as he is on Designation, then everything is fine. And as soon as he is not on the set, that person is proven guilty and in today’s situation, that person also disappears.

This time, principal secretary of former Chief Minister Pervaiz Elhi Muhammad Khan Bhatti facing the force disappears and political revenge.

Muhammad Khan Bhatti belongs to middle class family and a average background, earned a name and position on the basis of his hard work and honesty.

He has gone missed from last several days, his family even dont know where law abiding institution have taken him away.

In foreign countries, we give great examples of how such and such a president and prime minister rose to the top and they are trying to prove him guilty in their own country and that too when he is not on the seat.

Can’t our system be such that when they are on the seat, they prove where they are wrong, but what if the person is made to disappear from the end, neither the opportunity to clean up nor the blame, then the system of our country will change.

When the wrongdoing is mentioned by ending the retaliatory actions.

Islam also gives the right to give the servant a chance to clean. But what is it that when a person is on the seat, he is enviable, respectable, hardworking and helpful, and when he leaves the seat, he is a criminal who does not even get a chance to clean up. Does this happen in the army?

There has been a situation of fear and anxiety in all the government institutions that if the new officer obeys the new officer, the officer coming after him will not take retaliatory action.

Due to lack of resources, some middle class people cannot be a part of all these revenge systems nor can they bear their burden. An element of insecurity has been created in the environment. The only way people see is the courts.

And they can only demand justice from them.
Our system will change when every individual will feel their responsibility, when instead of retaliatory actions, corrective reforms will be brought. Decisions were made according to Islam.

Then all institutions will be strong and the country will also be strong. I wish that our country’s system could be improved.
